Binghamton, Bothell, Springfield (Central), Wesley Chapel, O'Fallon, Overland Park, Ozark #1, Grand Island, Bristow, Bridgeville, Owasso, Tulsa, Ozark, Briargate, Orlando, Santa Ana, Acworth and Garfield. The only disagreement was Karl picking Palos Heights over Braeswood and West Plains over Noble.
